Earth Stories Film Festival is an international environmental film festival, managed and
produced by students and staff at Keele University. All films present stories about the climate
crisis and our festival aims to encourage inspirational stories that highlight pathways to a
sustainable future.
The winning films are selected by a panel of international expert filmmakers and presented at
the Mitchell Arts Centre each spring.
This year, our festival will be held on the 27th March, 2025.
Join us to embark on a cinematic journey in which we venture to destinations across the globe
and celebrate the winning films from six categories:
produced by students and staff at Keele University. All films present stories about the climate

As part of our mission to showcase environmental storytelling from diverse communities and
cultures across the world, there are no submission fees to the festival and no entry fees to our
awards event.
