    MAC Sunday Cinema

    A new addition to our season for 2020. What better way to spend a Sunday morning than watching a fantastic film in the surroundings of the theatre at the MAC.

    Let your hair down and get tangled in a brand-new musical adaptation of the classic fairy tale, RAPUNZEL!
    Immersion Theatre proudly presents a witty, pantomimic, tongue-in-cheek retelling of the family favourite complete with a laugh out loud script, a host of catchy songs, heaps of audience interaction, and an exciting array of larger-than-life characters. With magic and mayhem throughout and a chance to meet the characters after the show, this is one hair-raising adventure your family won’t want to miss!


  • The Twirlywoos

    From the producers of The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show and Sarah and Duck Live on Stage comes another enchanting show for young audiences. The Twirlywoos are setting sail around the UK to welcome young fans along for a theatrical adventure. Expect mischief, music and plenty of surprises as they share the delight of discovery. With beautifully inventive puppetry the show promises a cast full of all your favourite characters from the hit TV show.

    The show is billed for ages 1+ but its fine for younger children too, no problems for babes in arms.  No pyrotechnics or strobe lighting will be featured, any effects will be ‘young child friendly’ – bubbles, confetti etc etc. 6 month and under are free
