Into Film Festival
Big cities can sometimes feel like a concrete jungle where everyone is out for themselves, but detectives Judy Hopps, an optimistic bunny, and Nick Wilde, a former con-artist fox, have proved that even prey and predators can live in harmony. Now working together as police partners in the animal city Zootropolis, they find themselves on the twisting trail of a mysterious new arrival to the city, a viper called Gary De'Snake. To crack the case, Judy and Nick go undercover in a new part of town, where their growing partnership is tested like never before. With familiar furry characters and new mammals and reptiles on the scene, this animated sequel takes a fun and fresh perspective on the animal kingdom and revisits themes of friendship and defying prejudice.
What is the Festival?
This year's Into Film Festival will take place between 6-27 November 2026, and will once again help educators bring learning to life for 5-19-year-olds across the UK by inspiring young people to watch, understand and make films in new and creative ways.
With all bookings entirely free, the Into Film Festival programme features thousands of film screenings, special events and previews, and interactive Q&A sessions with screen industry professionals, making it the perfect opportunity to support young people in enjoying the big screen experience.
And as well as celebrating the world of film - both in front of and behind the camera - this year’s Festival will also be supporting the National Year of Reading, encouraging children and young people everywhere to Go All In on the films they love by reading into them.
Bookings for this year's Into Film Festival are now live, and events are certain to book up quickly, so be sure to secure your places today! And remember - it's all completely free! You'll just need to be logged in to your Into Film Account to book.
